Dr. Juhee Cavins is an Assistant in Research at the Office of Research, Anne’s College. She leads research amplification initiatives, including the Academy of Scholars, Annual Research Showcase, Open Access, and grant and incentive programs. She also supports strategic efforts to increase the visibility, impact, and promotion of faculty research. In addition to her research amplification work, Dr. Cavins manages key components of the Florida Department of Education Title II, Part A grant program, coordinating initiatives and evaluations that support teacher recruitment, retention, and professional learning.
Dr. Cavins earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Florida State University. Her research focuses on motivation and emotion regulation, with an emphasis on promoting academic success and well-being. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy exploring small towns, hiking trails, and beaches throughout Florida.
