Who are these assessments for?

Our assessments aren’t just for elite athletes—they’re for anyone who wants to better understand their body and improve their health. Whether you’re a competitive athlete looking to maximize performance, a weekend warrior training smarter, or someone simply interested in managing weight, improving fitness, or supporting long-term wellness, our services can give you personalized insights to reach your goals.

When can services be scheduled?

Most of our services can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and appointments outside those hours are accepted as needed. Prior to scheduling, we ask you to fill out our survey so we can see which tests are right for you.

How much do services cost?

Cost of services is listed above. We strive to ensure our services are of the highest quality with an affordable price. We also offer packages and team/group discounts. Prior to scheduling, we ask you to fill out our survey so we can see which tests are right for you and determine applicable packages and discounts. Then a member of our team will be in touch. Do you take insurance? How do I pay?

We do not accept or bill insurance. You will receive a quote and payment instructions prior to scheduling your services.

What should I bring with me? How should I prepare for my testing?

When you come to the lab, bring a water bottle along with your typical exercise or training clothes and shoes. If you anticipate testing different equipment or footwear, feel free to bring that as well.

Prepare for the testing as you would for an important workout or competition. Avoid high-intensity exercise and alcohol for 24 hours before your session, and hydrate and eat as you normally would before performing at your best.
