Dr. Kylee Studer O’Daniel is a teaching faculty in the Sport Management Department at Florida State University. Dr. O’Daniel teaches a variety of courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels including Sport Ethics, Sport Law, Diversity in Sport, Sport Governance, Human Resource Management in Sport, and Title IX seminar.  Dr. O’Daniel actively engages with students through Study Abroad, Sport Management Student Association and Women in Sports Association.

Prior to her time at FSU, Dr. O’Daniel served as the Chair of the Department of Kinesiology at Houston Baptist University.

Dr. O’Daniel earned her master’s and doctoral degrees from The Ohio State University. She completed her undergraduate work at Miami (Ohio) University, where she was a member of the cross country and track teams. Dr. O’Daniel is still an avid runner having completed 10 marathons to date.

Dr. O’Daniel resides in Tallahassee with her husband, Drew (FSU class of ‘98), daughters, Hadlee and Harper, and dog, Bessie.
