Socially Just Leadership Education

In an everchanging world, leadership educators should strive to reform their praxis into one that emphasizes socially just and culturally relevant practices. The Leadership Learning Research Center emphasizes these approaches in our research and teaching practices. By applying a socially just lens to leadership education, it is the goal of the researchers at the LLRC to critically engage audiences in this research paradigm.
