Juhee Cavins is an Assistant in Research at the Office of Research, Anne’s College. She manages key components of the Florida Department of Education Title II, Part A grant program, coordinating initiatives and evaluations that support teacher recruitment, retention, and professional learning. In addition to her grant work, Juhee leads research amplification efforts, including the Academy of Scholars, the annual Research Showcase, and events at the College’s laboratory schools. She also supports strategies to increase the visibility of faculty research.
Juhee earned her M.S. in Educational Psychology from Florida State University, where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. Her research focuses on emotion regulation strategies to enhance emotional well-being and academic success. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy exploring Florida’s small towns, hiking trails, camping spots, and local breweries.
