Dr. Kerry Burner is an ISLT alum who now is a member of the ISLT faculty at FSU, serving as an Associate Teaching Professor and the Program Coordinator of the Masters and Certificate Programs for ISLT. Kerry is co-author (with Dean Emeritus Marcy Driscoll) of the 4th edition of the leading textbook, Psychology in Learning for Instruction. In addition to her work at FSU, Kerry has taught, served on dissertation committees and IRBs for fully online universities, and has freelanced as an instructional designer in both higher ed, government, and industry settings.

Research interests: Online teaching and learning, theories of learning and instruction, and organizational/instructional systems with a focus on ethics and social justice
